already set up with apps for the most common streaming platforms.

REGOLE PER IL SOGGIORNO
Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay can express their request during the confirmation phase and provide the necessary details. Any booking cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@sanbe27loft.it. Cancellations will incur no charge if made within 24 hours prior to the Check-in date. After 24 hours before the Check-in date, the charge for the first night will apply.
In case of no-show, the charge for the first night will apply.
Changes to the duration of the stay (such as an earlier departure date) after Check-in will result in a charge for one night’s stay.
In case of theft or damage caused by the guest during their stay, the management reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.
The lofts are available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day until 12:00 PM on the departure day.
